Classic vs. Extra-Thick wafer paper

Classic wafer paper is thinner and slightly translucent, so it looks best on white or very light frosting. Extra-Thick wafer paper is about twice as thick and more opaque, giving a bolder look on colored frosting or desserts like cakesicles.
